Is there a deposit required for booking?

- Yes. A deposit of 25–50% is required to confirm the booking, depending on the project and session type.

- Yes. Clients are usually able to select their preferred images from a proof gallery before final retouching.

Can I choose my own photos for retouching?

How does the payment process work for international clients?

- Payments for international clients can be made through Wise, PayPal, or another convenient payment platform. All service fees are charged in Korean Won (KRW). Any transfer or transaction fees are covered by the client.

Are make-up and styling included?

- Some packages include a professional make-up artist. If not, there is an additional fee for the Make Up Artist/ Hairstylist.

Is the deposit refundable?

- Deposit refunds are available within 48 hours after booking in case of sudden cancellation due to unexpected circumstances.

Do you provide RAW files?

- RAW files are not included. Clients receive professionally selected and edited high-resolution JPG images.

When is the remaining payment due?

- The remaining balance is paid after the client receives the final package of edited images.

How long does it take to receive the photos?

- Final edited images are typically delivered within 5-10 days through a private Google Drive gallery.
